The venue operates as a full aviation experience centre with a dedicated check-in counter, passenger lounge, souvenir shop, and professional instructors on hand for every session. The experience is designed to feel like a real airline departure from the moment you arrive, with a boarding pass issued at check-in before your briefing is called.

Boeing 737-800NG Simulator

The Boeing 737 simulator at Flight Concept is a full-scale replica of a Boeing 737-800NG cockpit, built by Flightdeck Solutions and fully functional across all major aircraft systems including the MCP, FMC, AFDS, and GPWS. A 220° curved projection screen paired with Natvision’s TrueView high-definition projection system delivers total visual immersion, with highly detailed and realistic exterior scenery at airports worldwide.

The instructor station allows precise positioning anywhere in the world, scenario control, failure simulation, and real-world weather injection — making this suitable for everything from a first-time gift experience through to serious pre-professional training. Airbus A320 Simulator

The Airbus A320 simulator replicates one of the most widely flown commercial aircraft of the modern era. Since its first flight in 1988, the A320 has been the aircraft that introduced fly-by-wire technology to mainstream commercial aviation, and it remains the backbone of European short-haul operations. Flight Concept’s A320 simulator delivers an authentic fly-by-wire cockpit experience and is available for the full range of solo, group, and professional packages offered at the venue.

A standout offering on the A320 is the TAP Pilot for a Day package at €140, which recreates a real TAP Air Portugal captain’s experience — a unique touch given Lisbon’s status as TAP’s home base and a strong draw for aviation enthusiasts visiting the Portuguese capital.

F18 FlyFighters VR Simulator

For those who want something beyond commercial aviation, the Flight Concept FlyFighters Virtual Reality simulator puts you in the cockpit of a McDonnell Douglas F/A-18 Hornet replica for fighter pilot missions. After a briefing with your instructor, sessions can include air combat, reconnaissance flights, close air support, carrier takeoff and landing, in-flight refuelling, and aerobatics. Packages start from €80 for a single person and up to €365 for extended sessions.

Experiences and Packages

Solo sessions start from €75 for the Junior Flight package, making Flight Concept one of the more accessible flight simulator venues in southern Europe. The Pilot for a Day package at €89 (currently discounted from €99) covers a full 60-minute sector flight between two cities on either the 737 or A320. Hour packages for extended training sessions run from €155 to €1,020 depending on duration and simulator. Opening Hours and Getting There

Flight Concept is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00, and is closed on Sundays and public holidays. The venue is located at Av. Amália Rodrigues nº153, 2785-741 São Domingos de Rana — approximately 20 minutes west of central Lisbon by car, in the Cascais/Sintra corridor.
