The Airbus A320 Simulator

The simulator at AviaSim Quebec City is a 1:1 scale replica of the Airbus A320 flight deck — the most widely operated short-haul commercial aircraft in the world, used daily by Air Canada and Air Transat on routes from Jean Lesage International Airport. Authentic fly-by-wire sidestick controls, ECAM displays, throttle quadrant, and autopilot are all operational, combined with a 180° HD visual system covering 24,000 airports worldwide.

Natural departure choices include Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) itself — flying a departure over the St. Lawrence and the Old City before returning for an approach over the Plains of Abraham is a uniquely local experience that no other simulator city in Canada can replicate.
