Boeing 737NG Simulator — Built In-House

The Delta 5 Boeing 737NG simulator is a fully enclosed, real-scale cockpit device — designed, built, and maintained entirely by Delta 5’s own engineering team to reproduce the characteristics of the Boeing 737NG with high fidelity. The cockpit is used for ANAC-approved professional pilot training by Brazilian carriers and flight schools, and the same device is available to enthusiasts and the public for recreational sessions.

The fully enclosed cockpit with instructor control panel is capable of reproducing the vast majority of real aircraft functions — authentic Boeing 737 controls, instruments, and systems, with a visual system delivering realistic outside-world scenery. Campo de Marte Airport (SBMT) is São Paulo’s oldest airport, opened in 1929 and now the city’s busiest general aviation aerodrome by aircraft movements. Located in the Santana district of northern São Paulo, the airport operates continuously with light aircraft, helicopters, and training flights throughout the day. A simulator session at Delta 5 takes place against the backdrop of a genuinely active general aviation airport — with real aircraft visible and audible from the facility, adding an authenticity of atmosphere that no hotel or shopping centre simulator venue can provide.
